Every year, I look forward to fall, my favorite season. After the dust settles on the initial craziness of back-to-school, I long for a slower pace of life, longer evenings, and more coziness in front of the fireplace.

Pumpkin farms are a great excuse to get outside during the fall months. Look at the fantastic selection of fresh pumpkins, take family photos, and maybe even get one to carve later! This is also a great way to bring nature inside your home and enjoy fall hygge.

Every night during the fall months, go for a walk with your family or your dog. The brisk fall air is the perfect setting for an evening walk, and it is a fun way to finish out the day. I love the talks we have with the kids during our evening walks. You will be surprised at how much your tween or teen has to say once their feet hit the pavement.
